Mr. Pankaj Gulati is a Commerce Graduate from SRCC, Delhi University and a Certified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He has a total experience of more than 25 years in taxation and has worked with organizations like Eicher Good Earth Limited and Bharti Airtel Limited. He joined Fortis Healthcare Limited in June 2011 as Head - Taxation and is responsible for leading the direct & indirect tax function for the Company.
Mr. Avinash Khaitan is a Qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Diploma in IFRS from ACCA, UK and Honours Graduate in Commerce with 25 years of post-qualification experience. Having varied experience of working across Industries e.g. Healthcare, Oil & Gas etc. in entities listed on the stock exchanges. Functional knowledge in the finance domain in the field of accounting, reporting, consolidation, audit, ERP projects etc.
Mr. Amit Mahendru is a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)/Post Graduate Diploma in Management(PGDM). He has a varied experience of more than ten plus years of experience in Business Growth and Mergers & Acquisition, Investors Relations, Strategic Planning and Business Transformation, Business Analytics and Performance Reviews etc.
